Terms and Conditions

Grandmaster Printing wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for a 50% refund or a fixed replacement under the following terms and conditions:

1. Item Condition. Unless an item is being returned or replaced because it was damaged upon receipt, item(s) to be returned or replaced must be in new, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
2. Replacements. Items being replaced must be shipped back to Grandmaster printing, with all of their original packaging. A replacement item will be shipped back to you with the requested fixes upon receipt of the original item.
3. Form of payment. For returned items, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. We only offer a 50% refund due to the supplies and time dedicated to each hand made piece, we do offer a free replacement piece if you are not fully satisfied with the original. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable unless otherwise stated.
4. Excluded Items. All items with the exception of the personalized 3D scans are eligible for returns. However, we reserve the right to refuse any return at the discretion of Grandmaster Printing.
5. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Please included your original order number and the reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.
